We are a family of four, and we all liked and enjoyed our room, the owner (I think) was very welcoming and pleasant, the room was the cleanest room in a motel ive seen for a long time, as we usually go away a couple times a year, well done to the cleaners! Would come and stay again & recommend to all.

Honestly no complaints all was gr8, would be good if motels overall were cheaper, as I think they all over charge.

The room was cozy and warmed up quickly, perfect for the chilly weather. The spa bath was a wonderful treat, providing a relaxing and indulgent experience. The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

The room had good facilities, including a minibar, safe, and flat-screen TV. Plus, it was in a good location, close to shops and transport. Another positive was the cleanliness of the room.

The noise from the street was very loud and kept me up at night, while the shower was poorly designed and the floor became very slippery and dangerous.

What an amazing place to stay! I recently had a business trip to Palmerston North and found my temporary place of rest to be more than comfortable. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating, offering me a complimentary upgrade to a room with a spa bath - which was just what I needed after a long day of meetings. The location was also ideal, with plenty of parking available on site. Another bonus was the delicious breakfast served every morning, which really set me up for the day ahead.

Honestly, there was nothing I disliked about this place. The staff were efficient, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

During my stay in the city, I had the pleasure of enjoying a comfortable and convenient accommodation. The location was great as I was close to everything. I couldn't miss a visit to the town centre and nearby shops, and I was glad that I even had access to the airport and hospital. The room was cozy and spotlessly clean; I especially appreciated the fresh towels every day. The service was excellent, and the staff provided fantastic assistance when I needed it.

I would have appreciated better pillows to ensure complete comfort throughout the night.
